Luis comes to Total SBA with over 35 years of experience in banking; he manages Loan Servicing to ensure compliance, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
He is responsible for life of loan servicing, which includes booking the loans, processing renewals, modifications, change in terms, deferments collateral changes, loan billings, secondary market sales, process SBA repurchases, nonaccrual and charge off loans, 1502 Colson loan reporting and balance client accounts on a regular basis.
Luis’ banking experience includes development of new loan products for startups and established institutions. He has been successful in organizing disarray departments and has developed new procedures and processes to ensure a more accurate and effective staff. Luis was responsible for creating the Note Departments at EH National Bank, SBA Complete, and Total SBA.
