He began his career in commercial lending, servicing banks and lending institutions around the country. He has extensive experience in underwriting various loan sizes in commercial real estate including term loans, lines of credit, and SBA 7(a) & 504 loans.
With his focus and expertise on sound lending practices, Arshad is uniquely equipped to originate and place a variety of loan types, big or small. His role at Total Loan Solutions allows him to give his clients the personal attention required to successfully navigate the lending process.
